I'm very disappointed with your services, been calling your offices and make us hold for over 30 minutes up until you hang up no one answers the phone, waste of time and airtime. Staff is incompetent you never a response when you send an emails and please keep customers informed about their parcels with regards to delays and please send apology letters when the was a delay. The last time it took 2 months for me to receive my parcel with you guys and now again it's been 12 working and still nothing from you guys.

  • Rubbish.... I bought something from my supplier on Monday.... The parcel took 10days to get to me ... They don't call and when you track the parcel you'll find them saying the customer couldn't answer the phone yet they didn't call . If you want to waiste your time use Aramex

  • My parcel was in the drop box for 6 days. I started phoning them every 10 minutes untill somebody phoned to say the parcel was picked up and are moving. 7 days since I posted and not delivered yet.......
