Aramex review by Johan Jordaan

I can honestly say that Aramex is by far the worst carrier I have ever worked with. I am constantly importing parts for my cars and never have I ever experienced such inadequate tracking system. When I gave up and called the call center I found that they are just as incompetent and cannot tell me what is going on with my package. Why would a tracking company use the tracking facility to sell advertising? I WANT TO KNOW WHY MY PACKAGE IS STILL IN CUSTOMS? I HAVE NEVER BEFORE EXPERIENCED A SMALL PART STUCK IN CUSTOMS FOR A WEEK WITH NO ONE I REPEAT NO ONE IN YOUR COMPANY HAS THE ABILITY TO TELL ME WHAT IS GOING ON WITH MY PACKAGE!!!

  • This is an absolute disgrace! Order has been rescheduled!? I am sure I was asleep as apparently the order that you need to deliver was attempted to be delivered at midnight?! Disgusting, with no means of communication. I am still waiting

  • The worst service. It took Shien less than a week to ship my parcel to Aramex in Johannesburg. I have been waiting more than a week for it to be shipped from Johannesburg to phalaborwa..... Im still waiting... More than a week later. TERRIBLE SERVICE.
