  • It's the most terrible courier I have ever used and will never use it again. I have couriered through the store on the 11th april 2024, my client has not received the parcel till today (19 April). When I follow up tracking it, it still shows the day i created the shipment. When I call them it was collected from the store and it is now missing. I'm very disappointed and annoyed at the lack of care within this company. How do they sit with a parcel that is not delivered for such a long time?

  • I am livid at this company with their terrible services. I send my mother's diabetic medicine on 7th April until today 19th April still not delivered. The insulin needs to be confiscated now and they just have no haste getting the meds to the distinction. After calls..emails and chatting to agents just empty promises. This is so disgusting my mom's 82 yrs old and had to skip days without medication!!!! I'm never uses this service again.

  • Good day, This is to make you aware as it could be an app problem....I find that the app is not helpful now. There have been no updates since I dropped the parcel on Tuesday, now Thursday. According to the app it is still at the local address. A bit unnerving as one is always concerned about the parcels one entrusts to courier services. I have used Aramex pretty regularly over the years
