Aramex review by Clare

Worst experience. Sent goodies to my bf for Valentines. After a week, I phoned Aramex and they “placed an investigation”. After 2 weeks, I phoned again and they just “placed an investigation”. My bf received his parcel 3 weeks after I sent it and I was actually with him at the time... more than half of the contents were missing. After phoning for the 3rd time, Aramex has done absolutely nothing. So disappointed.

  • Rubbish.... I bought something from my supplier on Monday.... The parcel took 10days to get to me ... They don't call and when you track the parcel you'll find them saying the customer couldn't answer the phone yet they didn't call . If you want to waiste your time use Aramex

  • My parcel was in the drop box for 6 days. I started phoning them every 10 minutes untill somebody phoned to say the parcel was picked up and are moving. 7 days since I posted and not delivered yet.......
