Although the delivery time was fabulous the let down was the Lazy Driver. Tracking no 2V0001617289 We live in a retirement village. It appears he was too lazy to deliver to our door so took it to the office. Office called us to let us know. Of course we were home. Driver told the office we were NOT home. What a let down to your company. Not impressed.

  • Absolutely the worst company in every way. Took weeks to finally get courier tracing advice. Then repeatedly advising UNABLE TO DELIVER. No successful contact was Tried to pick up from depo no address provided. This item was essential and needed before the 15th Apr Definitely UNPROFESSIONAL. Still no Delivery, still no ability to get an answer from the company. O is way too good for you lot.

  • there should be a 0 star option, it says my parcel has been 'delivered' when it clearly hasn't, always late, terrible service. gosh

  • It's been 3 days and not a peep from this courier company. Still says the device is not registered. How can it not be registered. The package must have been picked up by the courier. Did they forget to scan it in.
