Absolutely one of the worst carriers I have dealt with! They subcontract deliveries to an even worse company called “Accurate delivery” and their ratings are in the toilet! My 4 day delivery is on day 8 and still hasn’t delivered. Not that it wasn’t possible the cargo hit town 5 days ago then was sent to a different town 200 miles away after it sat idle for a complete day and missed the original deliver date because it was on its way out of town!! You have to be Kidding me what a Circus... NEVER USE R&L they Hire even bigger clowns

  • I purchased a 125cc dirt bike on Amazon. I received it 2 days before expected. I would have had it 3 days before , had rnl been aware i lived on a dead end rd. They figured it out. The next day it was delivered in a smaller vehicle.I inspected and opened the package , no dammage.Not a bad experience for a bi coastal delivery. Way better then usps . No bracelets hahaha

  • After ordering my front bumper cover from an online parts store, I received a text from R+L with an appointment date and time. You have the option to accept or choose another time. I accepted since the date and time they had picked worked good for me. They gave me a 4 hour window which I felt was more than reasonable in today's insane world. My bumper arrived on the correct date and 2 hours into the 4 hour window almost on the nuts. The driver offered to help lift it into my house and stuck around until I had opened and confirmed I had the right part and that it wasn't damaged. All in all very satisfied.

  • Failed to deliver when they said and the manager on duty would not help I had to go to the dock at 6:30pm to pick up my shipment
