I got a package delivered to me while we were in level 4 of the lockdown. The driver delivering the package had no mask or gloves and I was required to sign with the pen. No measures were taken to prevent the spread of the coronavirus when delivery.
It was my first time and it will be my last time using your service. How can you take 3 weeks to deliver a parcel from Durban to Umtata????
My parcel is declared missing. When I call them they always say we will call you before 13h00
My parcel still hasn't arrived. Its been 10 days
again try to call and the one who answer wanted to put me through to another line all she know is , it is out for delivery from yesterday. it is realy very poor service . call 2 days and no one can realy help me .
Terrible service no one answers the phones and I have been waiting for 2 weeks for a simple parcel
