The worst courier service experience. Not only are they delayed in delivery thet do not call to alert a customer, their phones are unanswered, they do not have follow through on Facebook complaints. I used Postnet after themband received mt parcel. I am still waiting worse they lie and say delivery attempt unsuccessful, how and why? There is no way to miss a delivery car in my house there are always people. I am so frustrated and never using your service again. Appalled!!!!
It has been 2 weeks since the aramex offices received my parcel. Whenever I call or send an email nobody answers. I played the FULL amount for delivery 2 weeks ago but nothing. I have sent more than 20 emails and called more than 15 times but to no reply. Is this how you treat your customers? I will be involving my lawyers because I am tired of sending the same emails and nobody answers them but when it comes to payments the customer needs to be fast about it.
Pathetic service, will never ever use them again, my parcel made its way smoothly to Durban on Wednesday and has been chilling at Aramex, not sure if it will ever be delivered, I am really disappointed.

Your service is really bad. Overnight parcel turns to 5days and your tracking is not updated on time. You are just bad service providers. And now it's lockdown you should have considered workingon weekends because your service is very bad.
My experience with amarex is bad service..couriers are rude..my parcel is late I was supposed to receive it on the 8th of June..my first parcel took a month before I can receive it..I won’t recommend amarex to anyone
