Aramex review by Nomfundo

I'm currently waiting for a package that arrived at the Johannesburg Express HQ on 5 June. Its now 19 June. I tried to call the customer care but I was on hold for 20 mins 3 time. Each time with me choosing to abandon the call. I submitted a customer request online, which has also gone unanswered. If I could rate them zero, I would. Horrible service
