Your service is the worst and I wouldn't recommend anyone to use Amarex. Its been weeks since I have been waiting for my parcel, and none of your phones are ever answered.

My parcel was meant to be delivered on a Thursday at a certain place, because of the delay, I told them that I was leaving the area on Friday and asked if they could deliver my parcel at a new destination. The delivery was already a day late so changing the address shouldn’t have been a problem.

Poor service!! I'm still waiting for my package was sent on the 11th of June and today 22 of June. I'm sure it hasn't been collected yet because the tracking number still not been found when I'm trying to track it. Your service is Very! Very! Very! Bad!!!

I'm very disappointed with your services, been calling your offices and make us hold for over 30 minutes up until you hang up no one answers the phone, waste of time and airtime. Staff is incompetent you never a response when you send an emails and please keep customers informed about their parcels with regards to delays and please send apology letters when the was a delay. The last time it took 2 months for me to receive my parcel with you guys and now again it's been 12 working and still nothing from you guys.
