Aramex review by Maria Combrink

My parcel has been with Aramex from 19 June 2020, it is now 13 July 2020 and still no parcel has been delivered. It takes Aramex Sandton 15 minutes or more to answer the telephone. Nobody answers the emails via the website. Run in the opposite direction do not trust Aramex with your parcel - there is no communication and no sense of ownership

  • Rubbish.... I bought something from my supplier on Monday.... The parcel took 10days to get to me ... They don't call and when you track the parcel you'll find them saying the customer couldn't answer the phone yet they didn't call . If you want to waiste your time use Aramex

  • My parcel was in the drop box for 6 days. I started phoning them every 10 minutes untill somebody phoned to say the parcel was picked up and are moving. 7 days since I posted and not delivered yet.......
