I would not recommend anyone to use aramex their service is very poor you wait for your for a very long time as they are doing us a favor but we pay them to courier our parcels, when read this trust do not use aramex you will regret it.

My parcel has been with Aramex from 19 June 2020, it is now 13 July 2020 and still no parcel has been delivered. It takes Aramex Sandton 15 minutes or more to answer the telephone. Nobody answers the emails via the website. Run in the opposite direction do not trust Aramex with your parcel - there is no communication and no sense of ownership

I received message on the the 10th July that my parcel I've been waiting for over two weeks will be delivered, den later at night my parcel was not delivered. But tracking says received at destination. How come is that. Am so disappointed. And no body is answering the calls spend 3 minutes playing disgusting music and no one answers
