Was sent a food voucher from a family member overseas.. They were told it will be an overnight delivery. (over night service was paid for ). On Friday 10.07.2020 my parcel was "out for delivery" after calling aramex polokwane on Monday morning they mentioned there systems were offline.. Finally received a call from courier driver yesterday 15.07.2020 asking for directions to make delivery, gave him directions, said he was on his way.. Called me again and asked me to meet him at a certain shop telling me his airtime was finished....I met him and produced my ID book, he said it was not nessasary... I mean really?? What if I wasn't a driver or never had transport? What would have happened? From the 7.07.2020 until yesterday 15.07.2020.. Charged for an "OVERNIGHT DELIVERY" Just tracking the same parcel now (to see how "SHARP YOUR SERVICE IS" ) WELL GUESS WHAT..... MY PARCEL IS STILL "OUT FOR DELIVERY!! " Absolutely terrible service. Would defiantly NOT recommend ARAMEX couriers to anybody.. Does anybody from your company actually read these reviews???? Very unhappy customer....
