I am not pleased, your service is very poor and so confusing. I payed for clearance as per aramex request but am so surprised that even after I've paid so much money I have to wait for weeks for my parcel to arrive.

This is not right i send the parcel last week Thursday it still stuck in Durban and this always happens with Aramex it really frustrating because the customer need there stuff to be delivery it 2 weeks now the parcel still not to the customer
