Send my parcel on 04.09.20 and it is 09.09.20 and did not arrive there!
It my 3rd last time using Aramex. Never again. Even if they can pay me. I send a parcel for it took two months and they parcel was returned. I send another parcel on the 28 August to date the parcel has not been received the customers. It was collected from Pick n Pay Diepkloof Square on 7th September. They don't even refund you for the loss. A company that does not take responsibility
I thank you for delivering the parcels safe to the destination, my children are so happy receiving the parcels, I wish I could sent you the video showing how happy they are, keep up doing the good work.
I have been waiting for 4 days now and my parcel hasn't arrive and i was told it takes 2 days to deliver
Parcel 40800745801 has been laying in Pietermaritzburg since Wednesday 2 Sept 2020 at 10 am it is Monday 7 Sept 2020 2.30 pm and the parcel is still laying in Pietermaritzburg depot and has not yet been delivered
Package picked up on the 1st of Sept. It is now the 7th nothing yet. Poor service. R300 for very small and light? Not happy
On the website they wrote it's upto 72 hours which is 3 days for delivery. I was expecting my parcel within those hours they mentioned. If the delay is cause by the lockdown then you should inform all the customers that due to lockdown our deliveries will be delayed. Am so disappointed with their service
