I can honestly say that Aramex is by far the worst carrier I have ever worked with. I am constantly importing parts for my cars and never have I ever experienced such inadequate tracking system. When I gave up and called the call center I found that they are just as incompetent and cannot tell me what is going on with my package. Why would a tracking company use the tracking facility to sell advertising? I WANT TO KNOW WHY MY PACKAGE IS STILL IN CUSTOMS? I HAVE NEVER BEFORE EXPERIENCED A SMALL PART STUCK IN CUSTOMS FOR A WEEK WITH NO ONE I REPEAT NO ONE IN YOUR COMPANY HAS THE ABILITY TO TELL ME WHAT IS GOING ON WITH MY PACKAGE!!!
They are liars.they say they tried calling but didn't.say will deliver but don't .worse courier service ever
Parcel collected Thursday and I expected it to be with the receiver Friday as previously shipped have. Very disappointed!
