Aramex review by Johan Jordaan

I can honestly say that Aramex is by far the worst carrier I have ever worked with. I am constantly importing parts for my cars and never have I ever experienced such inadequate tracking system. When I gave up and called the call center I found that they are just as incompetent and cannot tell me what is going on with my package. Why would a tracking company use the tracking facility to sell advertising? I WANT TO KNOW WHY MY PACKAGE IS STILL IN CUSTOMS? I HAVE NEVER BEFORE EXPERIENCED A SMALL PART STUCK IN CUSTOMS FOR A WEEK WITH NO ONE I REPEAT NO ONE IN YOUR COMPANY HAS THE ABILITY TO TELL ME WHAT IS GOING ON WITH MY PACKAGE!!!
