Aramex picked up my package in Potchefstroom for next day delivery which I paid for and did not deliver.The driver claimed he was at our complex which he was not because I asked the security at the gate and the said no the even showed me on video.

You are keeping my parcel and it's over two weeks now and when I call you keep on asking my email with an excuse that you could not send it on Friday blah blah...The next the thing I will here is that my parcel is missing or you waiting for Corona to hit us hard so that you can keep it for yourself and make excuses about restrictions....

I would never recommend aramex to anyone. My parcel arrived in Johannesburg on the 21st day of October 2020 and today is the 3rd of November I've been waiting for the tax invoice since...I've been calling (enquiring) but they don't care about their clients, I'm so disappointed by the poor service they providd
