My items has been intransit since 22december 2020 and i still havent received it. The staff do not reply to my emails.
The worst pathetic service ever, call center agents kept promising to correct the mistake but all of them , where just lying nothing was done, parcel that left 28th December 2020 , has not arrived to its destination on the 4th of January 2021, you don’t deserve a single star
3 inquiries to their online customer service. Response promised within 1-2 working days. That was almost 2 weeks ago. Nothing received but a bot response.

The worst possible service. I have been calling Aramex on a daily basis a week after my parcel arrived in the country. They have not even been able to customs clear it to even consider delivering it. This two weeks after the parcel arrived in the country. Not using them again!
