Very disappointed by your service, I've been waiting for my parcel since last week

Utterly useless courier. Parcel from Cape Town to Stellenbosch still not delivered after 5 days. Tracking shows failed delivery attempt. This at a business premisses that has 24hour reception. Do not use this company ever! If I had walked to Cape Town, I would have been back 3 days ago.

I am not happy with your services especially during Dec and Jan and l have always used you guys as l am running a t-shirt printing business.all my clients received their orders very late.and l have posted a package on Friday morning at the Parkmore branch and l can't track it.
