I do not like your service . My parcel took a week and a day to arrive . I tracked it and it's still in transit .

The service delivery here is bad. I got a message saying that my parcel is out for delivery and I will get it before 12pm. It's 17h52 no parcel and the one thing that infruates me the most is that when I track the parcel it says delivery attempted customer not available. How is that whereas I have been waiting.

What happened to 24hours delivery!!! I am going to try other courier services.....Aramex not good enough anymore!

Your stated policy of a parcel being with the recepient by 12h00 on the following day does not seem to be true. When can I realistically expect the parcel to be with the recepient having sent it on 16 Jan 2021?
