I have used Aramex for over 4 years now and ever so often my packages do not get delivered in 24 hours as you say you do and it is from Pretoria to Newlands in Johannesburg

You have really let me down this time, I sent a.parcel on Thursday the 21st, its has not reached its destination on the 22nd I understand that you dont work weekends but this is a real disappointment

I'm so dissapointed with your service, you keep saying you will deliver its been a week now since I've been waiting for my parcel, your service is very poor and dissapointing.

Absolutely disgusting service. 3 weeks on and my parcel will hasn't been delivered. Personal are rude, and take no responsibility. Even though Aramex has failed in thier promise to deliver within 72 hours (we are still waiting and it's been over 500 hours) they also refuse to refund me or my client. I have to call Aramex to find out what's going on. They have failed miserably, both to deliver my parcel, and to take action or responsibility. I do not recommend them.

should be negative stars. Have used a number of couriers but this one is totally useless. Durban branch confirms parcel will be delivered today between 2pm and 3pm. After 7pm and srill no parcel . Disgusted
