My parcel left JHB on the 28th January today is the 1 February if thats the case I should have went to JHB myself an picked up my parcel what terrible service.

I'm bored and irritated by your service...you received my parcel on the 20th of January but still not arrived. I'm in Limpopo when I track it it spent a week in Polokwane now I check its left Polokwane, left me here in Limpopo and is now in Sandton...and I see you are not willing to change because I see the negative reviews here but no encouraging response from you. No more. Just bring my parcel.
My parcel was supposed to be overnight to Stellenbosch. My son leaves for Italy early Monday morning and the parcel was not delivered as promised! I'm am very disappointed and won't be using your service again. PEP are more reliable.
Should have a zero star option , horrible customer service
Useless is all I can say ! Unhelpful people . I will never recommend using them. I will make sure our company makes use of an alternate courier in future
