Aramex review by Patricia Ditefo

I sent my package on the 27th January to my client in Greenstone Johannesburg but for some reason one of the delivery guys took my package to Kimberly and said they brought it back in thier Johannesburg depo on the 30th. I have been calling them ever since I found out that they took my package to a wrong place till today my clients haven't recieved their package. Each time I call they say the matter is been escalated. This is sad now client wants a refund
