One would expect such a big company to be top notch when it comes to deliveries and communicating with their customers but they lack that. I've received a SMS from Aramex the week before informing of the time my parcel will arrive but that time came and passed. I have been calling their call centre to try and find out what's going on but only to be told the same thing all over and over again. Looks like the customer service reps don't know either on what's going on within the company which is completely ridiculous for such a huge company. I'm so disappointed.
I've been quiet receiving the same message saying my parcel is out for delivery for 3 days
I sent my package on the 27th January to my client in Greenstone Johannesburg but for some reason one of the delivery guys took my package to Kimberly and said they brought it back in thier Johannesburg depo on the 30th. I have been calling them ever since I found out that they took my package to a wrong place till today my clients haven't recieved their package. Each time I call they say the matter is been escalated. This is sad now client wants a refund

Aramex is liars Aramex do not know how to do door to door deliveries. Aramex do not know anything about customer service. End result me the client collecting package from the Depot.

I give you 0 your service is poor Post office is even way better than you, Aramex is just using people's money for nothing, the parcel that was sent on Tuesday I can't locate it, it's useless to call them because they use the same way to trace your parcel they can't even call the store or region to do further follow-ups. Useless service
