My parcel had a full address which I use regularly on Takealot and ebay and other online shopping without a problem, but Aramex tracking update says "bad address"... Contacted Aramex Johannesburg, my phone call wasn't answered and I was holding for over 35 minutes...Later used their online help service and I was promised that their team will contact me, 29hours later still no call/contact from caramel and the status on the online track still says "bad address"
Worst service ever will never recommend to anyone
Sent a parcel from the 2nd Feb- from empangeni tojoburg till today its not delivered
I’m still waiting for my stuff and it says it takes 1-3 days to arrive to my house well it should’ve been here by Friday I’m pissed
The service is very poor....they promise us lies in terms of dilivery times.....
Been trying to get hold of you since 8.00 o'clock this morning Phone ring women talk tells you no selection made none given to be made so how does that help me to get any information I need the track nr just gives me a time no help
Service used to be good. Looking for alternatives. What happened to one day service? Now your parcels sit in your sorting facility for days. People in the Eastern Cape need support from families in other provinces. Sick people! Talk the talk.
