The way so so upset, disappointed and I don't know what else. My parcel left Cape Town on the 16th of February, when tracking it stated the driver attempted delivery, meanwhile I did not receive any calls. It was rescheduled for the 22nd from 8am to 12 and, I haven't received any call. I'm highly disappointed
I've been waiting for my over night parcel for 7days now. From Nelspruit to Kwamhlanga, the last update was on Monday when it got to JHB, today is sunday, still no update. Bad service
Very disappointed with the service to begin with. Every time we send a parcel out from Durban to Ulundi it takes more than a week for it to arrive to its destination, with no communication from you and no proper update.

It takes more than 4 days.. No its not on. Haven't received a parcel that was left at PnP on Sunday. Its Thursday day today, might as well use SAPO
I received an email stating that on the 10th of February you collected my parcel from planet54 still today I haven't got my parcel
