I so disappointed on Aramex is been two weeks my daughter did not receive the parcel. No was is able to tell where is it. They are telling me that they are investigating. That means someone is not doing her/his job. Taking it from many complaints I'm reading about.
From 5 April still no package delivered. If not received by 10:00 will open case of theft.
Poor service.. never again
With online deliveries used extensively you should offer a time slot. At the moment I have to be home 8.00am-5.00pm. Most inconvenient. I will not use courier services any more
I'm running a business and 3 days later, my client still hasn't received her parcel and I might need to refund her because of Aramex... I'm so angry right now.
Worst courier service ever, not reliable even abit. Their app shows that my parcel is on transit to me and I’m still waiting as is.

I ordered items from Amazon and the shipment was split in two. The parcel with the other shipping company was delivered in record time however the shipment from Aramex has not been delivered. I fail to understand how one company can do this and Aramex cannot. Very disappointing to say the least!
