2 weeks my package has been sitting in one spot and been checking daily on the status and it says uncontrollable delay check back tomorrow now this has said this for over a week witch is BS especially when you would expect an email or something your better off relying on a pigeon to deliver then this unorganized outfit

Worst timing ever. our package delayed for more than 4 days. It tales forever to come. if you need to send anything go with fedex garenty better.service this sucks.

I honestly can't say I've had a bad experience except one time. I'd rather use them than the post office. Now Fed Ex, that's a whole other world! They don't even come to mind when I want to send something, THAT'S how bad it is!

They deliver, but tracking leaves a lot to be improved, no time stamps, no eta, so you are hostage until your package arrives.....when it arrives

Keep getting email stating I need to give better directions...false tracking number...is this a scam to give more information? Has happened multiple times with different orders...better check this out if it is a scam...poor business security!
