I tracked the package, and it said that it was out for delivery. Then - nothing! I tracked it again, and it said that it was "in transit." It said that they had tried to deliver, but that "the business was closed." This is a house, not a business, and we were home! I double-checked my shipping information, and everything on the label was correct. I don't know where it is now.
I paid for expedite delivery. It's been almost 2 weeks! I ordered glasses.

Worst service I have ever received
Too much delay in transit and delivery, did not adhere to the proposed time of delivery of the package. Service is at UPS convenience rather than customer requirements.

Worst service ever, worst couriers Real delivery is after one week of estimated delivery time Courier very rude and cant speak or understand arabic also its very hard to speak english to them If i request to deliver after 7 pm courier hang up the line If i ask courier to reschedule to friday they refuse
