As a rule I have found UPS in OKLA to be very nice, and though busy; they seem to plan their routes to deliver as prompt as possible. And bc of porch pirates, (who should get a auto year of prison when caught) most drivers have become good at trying to conceal the pkg and knocking, ❤️

In looking at the reviews, I can't tell what kind of order they are in. They are all over the place. No recognizable order. I would expect them to be in' Date Order' with the newest review at the top of the list. Someone needs to put some order to these REVIEWS.

I took a Family Heirloom statue to the UPS Store in Brighton CO (on S 4th St) on Thursday October 31st. I paid UPS to package the fragile statue and ship it to Boise ID. They informed me that the statue would be packaged and shipped out that same day. UPS called me late afternoon on the 31st to tell me they got too busy to get the heirloom piece packaged and that it would go out on Friday, possible not until Monday. I received another call from UPS on Friday late afternoon notifying me that again - they were too busy to package the statue and ship it. They proceeded to tell me it would be shipped out on Saturday November 2nd. The tracking number on my receipt hasn't pulled up any information so, I just got off the phone with an employee at the store. I gave him the tracking number. He could not find anything. After a brief 'HOLD' he came back and told me that the tracking number started with 1Z21 NOT 1221. I have to tell you, the 2 and the Z look alike on my printed receipt. At any rate, the package went out yesterday. ALMOST A FULL WEEK AFTER I TOOK IT IN TO UPS. The employee apologized and told me the UPS employee that knows how to package fragile items had been out of the store. Really???? This is totally unacceptable. What the heck??? Won't be using this UPS Store again.

UPS has been extremely slow with delivery, and it seems their employees are more focused on collecting parcels and payments from customers. A shipment sent on 8/10/2024 reached India by 12/10/2024, but UPS did not reach out to the receiver or shipper to address any potential issues. After holding the parcel for more than a week, we finally contacted them, only to be told there’s a 77.28% duty charge. Additionally, they requested Form 7 for just six units of chocolates, which feels excessive. Although we were prepared to pay the duty charge at delivery, they are now insisting we pay in advance, directly to their bank account, which is quite unexpected.

So on viewing the reviews the UPI authorities should have been so happy as they are successful in troubling and keeping the senders and receivers to weep.

Hopeless service by UPS. I booked my parcel to Boston on 30 October but it has still not reached the destination. The courier doesn’t provide updates except that your parcel is with us and due to transit delays they are not able to clear my parcel. It is still lying at Bangalore airport. I only blame my agent thru whom I sent my package. I recommend not to use UPS courier service

I have one parcel to my son in SanJose,one to my daughter in Redmond, Seattle on 25-10-24 thro' DTDC,Hubli Karnataka (Now the DTDC franchisee says through United Parcel Service). I paid ₹ 16500 for the consignments. Till date(05-11-24)they have not reached the destinations. On UPS online tracking it shows- Recd.@ Hyderabad on 29-10-24( a delay of 4 days),@Bengaluru airport on 03-11-24(a delay of 9 days),likely delivery date @ the destinations on 06-11-24( a delay of 13 days-in case they will be really delivered!) between 12.15 pm & 4.30 pm!.The parcels contain some baby clothing,home prepared sweets & nankeen items.I am afraid the food items might have become stale & spoilt.Whether the company is going to reimburse me the cost of shipping ? And what about the mental harassment undergone by me & my wife ?I may have to take up the case with consumer court. Worst experience. I will be surprised if at least to receive a plausible explanation from the company for the inordinate delay apathy towards the customers.No more dealings with DTDC,UPS

The worst service I've had, I sent a package to Mexico on October 21 with express shipping, and I paid more than 250 dollars and it's supposed to arrive in 2 days. it's November 4 and it's still don't know anything about the delivery

Booked the parcel on 28th October, they said it’s gonna be delivered on 2nd November but on 1st nov when I checked it shows it’s still in Bangalore then I called to customer service they said I have to pay customs as 54$ so I asked why I have to pay I already paid so much money for my food and for package they said it’s not their mistake and it’s for customs but still I paid 56$ for that since now it’s showing it’s still in Bangalore I am so worried about my food I am sure it’s gonna be spoiled, waste of money such a worst worst service I never recommend this to any very very bad

Booked the parcel on 28th Oct for Diwali and they said it will reach by 3rd Nov , when tracking is done it shows that the parcel is still in Bangalore and they are not updating..worst service

I have booked a parcel on 28.10.2024 to USA. I was told that my parcel will reach the destination on 01.11.2024. But till date my parcel did not reach the destination. When tracing my parcel, it shows that it still lies in Bangalore only. I don't understand the reason for the delay. The UPS authorities should spell out the correct reason for the delay and state when my parcel will reach the destination. Very very poor response by the UPS authorities.

Booked parcel on 29th Oct 24 and they informed that it will be delivered by 1st Nov 24. But unfortunately the item seems to be at Bangalore only. I am afraid that food items may spoil. This is most useless Courrier service. Another thing to note is the shippers at our places are also mis guiding initially by saying DHL will ship the item and later handing over to UPS since it is cheaper.
