  • The problem I'm having with UPS if you order 2 items from the same location you can never get them at the same time. Why the order is split is a million dollar question especially when they pick them up at the same time going to the same address. If you something quick this is not the way to go. My order was placed on Friday, confirmation states UPS picked up both packages at the same time, yet I received one box on today and will receive the other on Monday.

  • Highway robbery. US to Canada package held at the border on the Canadian side until I agree to pay for “brokerage services” on a small, 1lb package with $85 US. Brokerage fee is 25% of the value, and they interrupted me at work to demand approval before they would forward it to my address.

  • There's a great evil being perpetrated by UPS staff in Detroit Michigan USA. There are criminal elements among the UPS staff who are stealing customers packages. The so called are not exempt. They are part of the cartel. I had 2 packages enroute to North Carolina to my mother-in-law. The nonups broker intercepted and refused their entry into the US for lack of adequate explanation of the content. I (the sender) requested a return of the packages. Rather than returning the 2 packages, which, as of then was showing warehouse scan. UPS provided tracking number for one of the packages which had fewer and less valuable items, and withheld the other one and never provided a tracking number for the return. Whereas on the website, they indicated that the package would be returned but they never did. I tried calling customer service but they were never helpful. Finally, they transferred to someone who took my email address and all I got was a request to create an account and request a refund. Unfortunately, that does not explain what happened to my consignment. It was an in-house and ongoing operation by which UPS staff steal customers goods.

  • All I can say is that I regret ever using this service. Still waiting for a package of 7 days, at two weeks after! This is terrible!!! I'm never coming back here
