On October 28th I booked two parcels Chicago and Michigan respectively. No updates , the web tracking shows Bangalore airport inn on 30th and 31st . No updates November 1 St and 2nd .

Worst service we booked parcel from Hyderabad to Fremont on 28th still it is not delivered ,the customer care informed to register complaint they are asking Rs.2/- with bank details I think it is gradient call.please inform correct position.

We have booked on 28th for Deepali festival purpose but still it is showing in Bangalore,first this much delay they are not responding,food items may be spoiled.worst service by UPS .

I booked a parcel from India. And it was supposed to get delivered by 31st oct and now it says it will get delivered by Nov.4th and it is still stuck at Bengaluru. Please pay some extra amount and book your parcels through fedex they’re atleast on time. Worst service ever by these people.

I have booked my parcel on 26.10.24 for Seattle..US..not yet reached..no tracking details available.. just showing transit delay..still at Bangalore airport.. very much disgusting...

I booked parcel for Chennai to California Sandeago on 23.10.2024 evening The same is delivered on the early morning of 30.10.2024. I am happy with the service of UPS . However one small suggestion the tracking system should be made more accurate.elese excellent.

Two parcels were booked with Khushi parcel service,at Gandhinagar on 23rd October 2024.It told that parcels will deliver at Houston and Tempa,both USA on 28th October,but sorry to write that even on 29th October,same parcels are at Banglore. So,in my opinion the service of UPS is not upto the mark and not acceptable at all.

I have handed over sweets BOX for Washington USA to Unique Air Express(UAE) on 23rd Oct24 at 2pm which is sent by UAE vide AWB NO IN24102351628 to Mumbai on 25th October24. It is reached to Mumbai Airport on on 25th October at 8.42pm and delivery date to US was showing 29th Oct at 7 pm. When I tracked the status of consignment today, the delivery date has been changed to 30th October at7pm. I talked to 2/3 office staff of UAE and their reply was not acceptable. Regret to mention that no responsible person was available in the office. The delivery of consignment was told 5/6 days hence I have given the consignment to UAE as it consists the Sweets which are perishable and having expiry dates from 7 to 10 days time. I am very much perturbed with the customer service provided by UAE in case of delivery as well as satisfying the customer. Also they are not sure that they will deliver the parcel on 30th October24.

Goods booked in Chennai on 23 10 24 reached Virginia on 28 10 24. Excellent service

I have booked a parcel on 21st Oct. to UK at Chennai.But till now it is not moving from india. Worst service.

AFTER 1 MONTH 1 BOX OUT OF 3 FROM UPS AND REMAINING 2 BOXES STILL PENDING.

It’s company not good my experience getting bad asked etc delivery charges $257
