Package shows it’s here in Springdale and tryed to pick it up and as usual I’m told the truck isn’t here it will be here tomorrow but every time it will show out on a truck for delivery .

Worst tracking ever

UPS has gone downhill over the past couple of years. I can't get over how bad the service is. Tracking is about as reliable as a Ford Pinto.

Frustrating- the info states the package started in Shrewsberry which it not but in Plymouth. I’m very concerned.

UPS needs an overhaul. Delivery systems is beyond bad most of the time. Tracking site just as useless. Packages are dropped at front door and never placed in a plastic sack when raining. This rant go go on forever until you clean up your house.

Spent nearly $800 to have my laser packaged and shipped for maintenance. A single layer of bubble wrap for a 65# medical device? Not crated or marked fragile??? No “this end up” or “handle with care”. It arrived smashed on 1/8/24. They still have not paid out on the insurance I bought or replaced my machine

Sent from china,all the way to arrive safely,the package is missing,no one to help find,just say contact claims,incredible !

Bad service! The delivery man is so rude;-He never contacted me for his delivery. Hate this apps.

The problem I'm having with UPS if you order 2 items from the same location you can never get them at the same time. Why the order is split is a million dollar question especially when they pick them up at the same time going to the same address. If you something quick this is not the way to go. My order was placed on Friday, confirmation states UPS picked up both packages at the same time, yet I received one box on today and will receive the other on Monday.

Never again. Been waiting 10 days. No one is able to help me. UPS service is totally useless.

I couldn't get a word to express my felling About your weak delivery operations!...almost 2 month to deliver parcel in North America?...is there delivery audit?...is there supervision?
