Poor delivery service.. customer service.. complaints department... no one can help ... no one... waiting for a package was frustrating.. ETA between 10-2pm ... package still not here!!! Called several time for an ETA no one can help !!! I don’t need an apology I need the package delivered when it’s suppose too!!!!! No help at all !!!! Made a compliant .. was called back with another excuse ... but still no ETA!!!! Get your shit together UPS !!!!

I am thankful that I can track my package, but it's not as precise as I would like it to be. If there was a way to track the delivery can specifically, that would help a lot.

I didn't know that my package would be shipped by a ship I was not told and also I was thinking my package would be delivered 10/25/19 but now it shows 10/30/19 I am not pleased with UPS I give y'all a 0

I give UPS a rating of 1 star because I'm extremly unsatisfied with their service. Let me give an eample of the most recent tracking # 1Z5315WW0461839669 there was a delivery attempt Wed. Oct.23 2019 I was not home and received a second attempt notice which was for Thurs. Oct.24, 2019 I not only waited all day but called UPS to double check on my package because of my past experiences I was told by the customer service lady my package was out for delivery yesterday. I waited all day no package. I went online to track my package using the tracking # to learn the receiver agreed to pick it up at the facility. There was never no such agreement by me I waited all day yesterday which was Thursday Oct. 24, 2919 because I was told it was out for delivery. This is not the first time this has happened. I am a small retail online business and when UPS doesn't deliver on time my customers suffers. I will try to make an arrangement with my suppliers to use another Carrier.

Some supposed to be delivered to my house but I have to go to the UPS store to pick it up and I'm paying to get it delivered to the house not right

My Supplies were sent to the wrong address by a major supplier and when I got an email from UPS stating this I was able to have the address corrected to my correct address. Thank you UPS, you did a great job.
