Horrible they lose every package and never come on time

Delivered the next day as promised. I am extremely happy with their service!

My package was supposed to be here overnight which was 10/22. Now at 5pm on 10/23 my package still isn’t here.

I sent for a 2 different items in Texas I live in Pennsylvania I recieved first item in 4 days the other item shipped to california still have recieved it yet it's in Illinois now 11 days later am I ever gonna get this item they both shipped the same day Who knows what's going on

UPS sucks!! We paid 170.00 for a package that took three weeks to get delivered and didn't get delivered to the correct house. Ridiculous! I'm very upset and disgusted by there customer service as well.

Your very slow to deliver packages but then again fedex is too so.....

I have had a terrible experience with UPS and have received terrible customer service. I was supposed to get my package on Monday and it’s Tuesday night and I still haven’t gotten anything. When I called the UPS store several times in my city and was reassured I would get my package that day. The business day is now over and I haven’t gotten it yet.

I had to go round n round to track a package! No info

First time using UPS boxed and sent package was very helpful and pleased with their service will use in the future with all my shipping needs

Absolutely disgusted with the service. Shipped a gift to my father for his birthday paid for next day, the next day I used the tracking feature and it said Enroute to destination. (By the way, shipped it from Placerville to Sacramento. About 40 miles. The package went from Placerville to Sacramento, then to Lathrop, then back to Sacramento.). My father will not receive his gift until Monday according to a representative I spoke with. Had I known that I would have not paid for next day shipping and delivered the gift myself. Will not use UPS again.

No communications and all my 3 shipments were returned. Worst service that I saw.
