Absolutely disgusted with the service. Shipped a gift to my father for his birthday paid for next day, the next day I used the tracking feature and it said Enroute to destination. (By the way, shipped it from Placerville to Sacramento. About 40 miles. The package went from Placerville to Sacramento, then to Lathrop, then back to Sacramento.). My father will not receive his gift until Monday according to a representative I spoke with. Had I known that I would have not paid for next day shipping and delivered the gift myself. Will not use UPS again.

Worst experience ever sending stuffs with delivery services... if u need ur stuffs early..NEVER send through UPS..

Very poor service. Sent a package to NewJersey three weeks back the package was stuck at Delhi airport for 4 days and reached NJ very late. Sent a package again last week and again it is still sitting in New Delhi for last 5 days. Can’t express frustration enough.

Very bad experience so far , ordered to items , UPS say they attempted to deliver , then made me wait for another day , I had to run driver down with package , who refused first to look in truck for package then had to follow him begging to release my items , finally !! Still they have no idea where other package is or will be delivered, very disappointed in this whole process!!!
