The worst decision I made in life was to opt ups for shipping my expensive products. I opted for express shipment and they ripped me for 88$ including taxes. They have lost my package and now there is no one who is helping me solve my problem. When I call the store they are not providing me any clarity and instead they have put my shipment under exception category. I opted for purolator 1 month ago and it gave me such a good experience. I won’t even advice my enemy to opt for UPS. Absolutely horrible

Worst timing ever. our package delayed for more than 4 days. It tales forever to come. if you need to send anything go with fedex garenty better.service this sucks.

I honestly can't say I've had a bad experience except one time. I'd rather use them than the post office. Now Fed Ex, that's a whole other world! They don't even come to mind when I want to send something, THAT'S how bad it is!

They deliver, but tracking leaves a lot to be improved, no time stamps, no eta, so you are hostage until your package arrives.....when it arrives

Keep getting email stating I need to give better directions...false tracking number...is this a scam to give more information? Has happened multiple times with different orders...better check this out if it is a scam...poor business security!
