Posted yesterday around 3.15pm delivered today before 24 hours EXCELLENT

" Attempted Delivery" HA! I was home and waiting... If true,.. then they did not try... (it was raining..?)

9 days from order. Checked on map this morning it's travelled 18klm. Pigeon would be quicker.

This system is very appalling it is not showing me where my parcels are

NOT Aus Post's fault! Buuut, my parcel was tracked to Sydney by USPS (with what looked like scan-timed reports), and AusPost says that is false information based on 'time-predictive' algorithms used by USPS and not really 'scanned' tracks.... That is what needs to be stopped, as that is what is causing all the complaints.... We need precise and exact data.... Btw, After many supposed scans, and reports, for the first week, .... Nothing for this week.... just in transit.....

Service is very poor it's taking long time in transit

Asked for parcel to be left on front porch if not at home,however,was home but got message to pick up at Post office as supposedly no one at address.Had to catch bus took an hour.Not impressed.Met man at Post Office same experience.

I've been waiting for a parcel for a week. When I check the tracking it only shows a little truck with the message "in transit". No information about where it currently is located. No information about when it is expected to arrive at its destination. Just a little truck with a vague message. This is not acceptable tracking information. It is also not acceptable speed of delivery. I am not in a remote country location but just out of Sydney in a major centre.

Had an urgent parcel express posted From Booragoon to Wembley - about 15kms as the crow flies. It took 7 days! It went to 2 places and back again twice! Spent 2 hours on the phone during that week with people in other states who had no .,!@;! Idea! It was a joke of the worst kind!

I sent a parcel to Melbourne on 13 February, it still has not reached it's destination, what is happening to our mail system, overnight my foot.

It took Australia Post 4 weeks to get a small box delivered from Victoria to NSW. Communication was difficult, website tracking of parcel was next to useless. Never again will I use Australia Post for parcel delivery.

One week to deliver something that was supposed to be overnight, pathetic

I posted a parcel from Wagga NSW on Friday 8th March 2024 to Wollongbar via Lismore NSW. To date it has been to Kemps Creek Sydney and now it is in Chullora Sydney why isn't it in Wollongbar?? What are you doing with my parcel?
