Posted a parcel,at express rate,expecting next day delivery,but alas,still here in Adelaide,a week later,this service is somewhat lacking in "basic customer service", says a lot for an urgent request,does it not ?????

The tracking was easy to follow and excellent job Australia post.

I had the same problem with it saying not registered, then I used capital letters in tracking number and it worked fine ?? But they do not tell you this when trying to locate your package .

waiting for wine to be delivered, not home but watching email to show that delivery has been made. the message I got was "ATTEMPTED DELIVERY Safe Place Not Suitable. We couldn't deliver your parcel so we're taking it to a nearby collection point. THEY DIDN'T LOOK TOO HARD. Just inside the carport I have a chiminy which sthcks out 650mm into the carport space, nothing behind this is visable from the street Tracking No. ZSU3129685

Posted registered letter on 1/5/24 from Central Coast.When checking tracking only to be told it wasn't registered.Rang Australia Post, and letter was still in Strathfield on 10/5/24....10 days.Finally delivered on 13/5/24.Thanks to Aaron at Australia Post otherwise it would still be in Strathfield. Recommend new sorting scanners as there is a major glitch within the system.

Parcel is not registered yet! That’s all I keep getting and it’s been 2 weeks now! I’m really frustrated and will never order from anyone using this postal system ever again and I’m reporting this information with BBB today.

Worse deliver service ever tbh. Bin nearly 2wks to send summit bk to the same place it tuck. not even a wk to get here now its taking twice as long to get bk.

It’s a worry when you want to track a parcel insert the tracking number from an Aust Post card and Aust Post says it’s not registered ????

It's a year now waiting for this package and still stuck in Australia.? Why ??

I’ve got a card, on the card says in the glass bin, just looked nothing. There no help

A parcel was posted on 14th April. Trying to track the parcel comes with a message that the tracking number has not been registered yet. Being a plant it means I am becoming a matter of panic as this is not the first time and it is not what we expect when cost is not to be sneezed at.

Parcel delivery time was excellent but was unable to track Parcel as kept coming up Not Registered in system . This happened with last two Parcels .

still waiting for my parcel from November 2023, it says it was delivered, pic shows a signature that is not mine, but its obviously in the "too hard basket"

Tracking information shows that my parcel was DELIVERED!!!, DROPPED OFF by Carrier: AUSTRALIA POST on Monday 8 April at 10:27 AEST. Now either someone is totally mistaken or else they are lying so I have just checked my CCTV footage for 8 April 2024, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am, and, strangely, it shows that NOBODY came near the place at the time specified nor half an hour each side of the stated time. Will chase up Oz Post tomorrow about this one.
