Had a worst experience, worst courier service , Delivery boy by name Mashusudhan and Delivery manager Goutham r not responding to calls ..Exom express I request u to take action against them.. I haven't received my order.. When Delivery boy called me I couldn't receive the call , he himself assumed I hv cancelled the order n I received msg as my order is cancelled which I actually dint do, later when I called that person he said he ll deliver the product next day.. I tried calling him more than 20 times he is not bothered to receive calls , same with so called Delivery Manager.. very upset with the service

They send wrong product and this is the worst thing this is fraud i want to return product and refund my amount.

Parcel tracking is showing as out for delivery in the state of Bihar while I stay in Maharashtra.. This is happening for the second time with me. All this while I ordered the product from Amazon App and I have given my complete and accurate address.
