Worst courier service, they donk know the importance of reach the shipment on time to customers or update if there is a delay. How do people even do business with such companies.

Worst experience ever. They didn't even bother to call & also dropped the parcel outside the main gate. Who will be responsible if the parcels gets stolen??

Awful service!!!!! The sellers should be mindful of choosing proper delivery agents. GATI is the worst of all. Above all, they put my shipment on hold because i dis not complete a “registration” which required a credit/debit card payment. Wow! Such scammers!!
