very, very, very bad experience worst courier company ever

No parcel received till the scheduled date! After chatting with an "expert" its asking me for credit card details, which I don't possess!! If the parcel is in Mumbai, why does it say it will be delivered on the 12th? Today is the 9th. I will be screwed if the parcel (of clothes) do arrive by the 11th as I have to repack to catch an outbound flight

Worst service ever. My consignment number 204077212 reached guwahati on 30/04/2024 from Bengaluru. But they have delayed the delivery by 8 days, today on 8th may, I received the consignment. The persons are are very cunning. Don't know how to behave with customers. Given excuses that I have changed my address and I asked them to delay it just to get rid of the situation. Very unprofessional people. My first experience was bitter. From my end I will never ever choose gati for the rest of my life.
