HOPE LESS SERVICE PARCEL NOT RECEIVED EVEN AFTER 25 DAYS. COMPALINT BOOED IN VAISHALI NAGAR AS WELL AS ONLINE BUT OF NO USE.

Worst service as i has to receive the degree documents from university but yet not delivered and never ever got contacted for any information since last 3 years.

Really disappointed with the service The employee was extremely rude, spoke in a disrespectful tone, and showed zero professionalism. I came for help, not to be talked down to. This kind of behavior is not acceptable hope the management takes it seriously

I have send a pracel through speed post on 17th may 2025 on 20th may it has reached bangalore and after that no update I have called to customer care service they told me they can't help it out they ask to raise a complaint and to visit the receiving post office .. India post is not taking any responsibility worst service.... don't send through India post/ speed post if you don't want your parcel to be lost like mine
