My courier is out for delivery from 30th January i still have not received it yet

My recent delivery was okay. The package arrived on time, but the box looked a bit battered. Thankfully, the contents were fine. Room for improvement, I guess.

Honestly, my experience with The Professional Courier was a nightmare. They left my expensive package in the open lobby of my apartment building, and anyone could've swiped it! No security, no common sense.

Not impressed with delivery this time around. My parcel was delivered to the wrong address, and it took ages to sort out the mess. Customer service was slow to respond, leaving me frustrated.

Shoutout to The Professional Courier for delivering my package hassle-free! The driver was super polite, and my fragile items were handled with care. I'll definitely be using their service again.
