Worst service, Worst customer care people, those people are illiterate who doesn't understand customer's query.

Very bad service. Courier Parcelled by sender on 1st October. Its been more than 15 days and The receiver havent received the parcel yet. It was an emergency parcel. Did not expect this kind of service. Please help by reaching out and taking immediate action thank you.

Some money laundering system is operating here. Be cautious. Don't do any payment and don't share any OTP

Very unprofessional approach, undelivered for four days after arriving at destination in big city like Bhopal and also in main area.

It takes more than 6 days for them to send a letter from Mumbai to Mumbai and still no response from them Please don't realy on them

Very poor service and attitude. Item despatched from Kerala to Bengaluru on 05 Oct was received in the hub on 08 Oct, but was delivered on 15 Oct.

This is very very very worst courier service i hv ever seen ..i do small business i hv used many courier service but for 1st time i used this n it is troubling alot frm Andra Pradesh to Bangalore i hv sent one parcel it is been 10days but til now not delivered everyday I'm contacting customer care but their r asking to register n 2rs is getting deducted everything but till now their hv not delivered it .. stil their r keeping my parcel their are not delivering or their not sending it back .. their not dg both also .. til now no proper response very very very very worst courier service never use this

While booking a cover on 10-10-24 at Mandaveli - Chennai 28 , the agent assured that it will be delivered to Jalladianpet - another part of Chennai just 20 kms away . But it was delivered only on 14 th October ! Shameful of TPC ! While tracking also there were no response from customer care ! Good bye to TPC Friends think twice before booking at TPC

Very worst service the consignment booked in Bangalore on 9th October is not yet delivered in Hyderabad
