I have send a document to Kottayam from Kasaragod on Saturday morning.It has not reached Kottayam on Tuesday evening .Still showing in transit when tracked online.Very bad service

All are bastards, no response for calls and emails, they are doing frauds.Close the business immediately bastards.

Very poor and worst than worst service of customer.No response of calls and no updates on online site.Why you are running courier services , stop the business and start any other business which is not related to customer, customer facing issues with your negligence.Staff are only enjoying there and taking salary for free.
