Very poor service

NPS documents dispatch on 13 July and still not delivered.i gave rs40/- and courier also took his booking amount and not delivering it. This is India and this is good governance? What a shame to Professional courier.

The most pathetic service, support staff is rude, parcel has been despatched on 16th July, no status updates, no sign of delivery, demanded money to deliver instead of paying it at the time of booking, they are fraudsters

VPL946036160 Under this booking consignment no.the cover was received @ Hyderabad office from Mumbai on18/7/24 as per tracking status still it was not delivered. Pl check the status and report

Very good service

I booked the parcel from Chennai on 23rd July to kurnool. Till now it will not reached . Why so ate sir. Very urgent pls delivery soon sir. Professional courier always late .

It seems your service is not reliable for urgent service while other Courier firms offer their services in due time.

Hi, My experience with your chennal partner at Nadiad is always poor they call us to collect the documents as they don't have staff. My residence distance from branch office is hardly 1 km. Frenchie owner is some lady and her attitude is also very bad further she don't give us complain books . Very bad behaviour I have experienced 7-8 Times. I will definitely share this feedback back to my bank also. I have rated 1 star but it's 0 star for nadiad branch Feel free to call for more clarification
