My courier is showing out for delivery on 23/07/24 but till now I have not received it nor they have contacted me for delivery. But when I called on number provided on website 8327746829 / 7980626627, they are saying I have to pay charges for delivery. Pls clarify

Its been more than 10days and the status is still showing as in transit, I received orders I placed 3days ago from other courier partners but its taking forever to receive a courier from The professinal couriers...no proper update about where the package is currently or when is it expected to be delivered the only information they provide is - in transit
