Its been more than 10days and the status is still showing as in transit, I received orders I placed 3days ago from other courier partners but its taking forever to receive a courier from The professinal couriers...no proper update about where the package is currently or when is it expected to be delivered the only information they provide is - in transit

For the last 5 days parcel is lying at a distance of 900km. Pathetic

Worst service I have ever seen

Very Worst service. Package delivered after 5 days of dispatch. No one called even after complaint raised.

Utter waste service , need proper update about the parcel . No proper response and ownership of the parcel and delivery

Since 19th it's showing in transit only not yet moved it's totally waste and worst thing that choose professional courier. Even waste of money. Wanna give negative rating but there's no option for that so giving 1 *

Useless Tracking site i have ever come accross. You need to show us wer has the parcel reached. In transit is not the answer we need.
