Not professional at all. 4 days for package to reach major city from metropolis. No idea where package was in transit on the tracking system.

Very poor service item is dispatched on 10 july but on 18 parcel was not come yet

My parcel no. MYS51470406 sent from Mysore not yet delivered to my residential address. Already 5 days over. When I tried to contact he speaks in hindi and disconnects. Worst service. They don't respond properly.

On July 13th, I sent the courier in pro premium. Expert courier staff inform me that the courier will arrive at your address on July 15th. However, today, July 18, has not yet been achieved. awaiting the delivery person.
