There is no option for zero star otherwise I would have given it. Parcel booked 30th may 2024 from Jamshedpur to Ghaziabad but of 04/06/2024 1.30 pm not delivered where as they are charging more than speed post. Speed post is better option it delivers on 3rd day and local next day within half day. Useless service

The worst service, wasting time

It's been 5 days my order wasn't despatched till now. Worst courier service i never seen in my entire life.

Delivery is too late.. Delivered all things after expect or offered date

It was shaw me yesterday your parcel will deliver on Tuesday 04/06/2024 and now it showing me you will get in next 06.06.2024 more 2 days can you please tell me exact date and time?

Very unprofessional approach. But named professional courier. Parcel reached Kolkata on 26th May still it is showing in transit. Taken 6 days time to reach 16 km. Not received any positive response from their. May they have some separate meaning of "PROFESSIONAL".

Very bad service.... Poor experience they all are having... You can't trust them.... Delivery not on time.... My medicine got stuck just because of there poor management & greedy behaviour.... Just because of them I am not able to take my medicine on time... My health is down still they are arguing for 2 rs address approval... I am ready to provide them but don't know how??? Use less courier service... Don't trust them....

I have sent abd received lot of parcels/documents through this professional courier... Their service were nof too bad.. Sometimes they will response & we can get the courier on time... But sometimes it may get delay... So, overall I'm ok with their service.. At the same time they need to improve more.

I booked a courier in professional courier service on 29th to coimbatore. Tracking says holding at coimbatore since 30th may afternoon. Why its not delivered to respective address. Pls need quick action
