Worst delivery service. Courier reached the transit office 4 days ago but was not delivered to the address. They want us to reach out at their office to collect the courier. Pathetic customer service

Almost 10 days over no one called for my courier while I calling also not responding . Without calling return the courier .this is very very worst service. still I didn't receive my parcel . People what doing without working I don't know . If working please close this courier service

For emergency need we choose PRO option,but this too much late than regular courier service..

Worst service I would have recieved courier if posted through India Post. courier posted on 14 may still now I didn't receive the courier. Is the professional courier is in 500 BC I think so. Remodify your service .Other wise get out of the service.For 10 days you calculate interest for 17,00,000/-

Horrible, pathetic service.very unprofessional. I gave my parcel on Friday and till date it is not yet delivered and showing in transit though the delivery address is just 6kms from my location. Never ever trust this unprofessional courier service
