I had a terrible experience with this courier service. My package, which was supposed to be delivered within 2 days, still not arrived. There were no updates or from their end, and when I tried to reach out to their customer support, I was met with unhelpful responses and long wait times.

Wrost courier, playing with customer documents via address update and sharing unknown watssapp link for bank OTP, if don't proceed they said we will cancel your courier, Let them cancelled, but not misuse your online data, bank is also involved in this, by sharing our personal data with them for doing froud, So, Please use indian post or govt Modes.
